Sewer backups and sewer line blockages

Do you have sewer backing up into your basement? Call the Town's Operation Centre 24-hour service line at 905-945-9201.

Issues on private property

If the problem is occurring from the private property side, please call a contractor to identify the cause.

Replacing private property sewer lines

Should you need to replace private property sewer lines, please contact our building Department for permit requirements at 905-309-2022.

Sewage odour

Issues related to sewage odour specifically coming from Park Road, Lake Street and Windward Drive manholes located within the roadway, should be reported to the Niagara Region at:

• 905-945-3089 (8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday)
• 905-984-3690 (outside of normal business hours)

Other sewer odour concerns may be directed to the Town's Operations Centre staff at 905-945-9201, 24 hours, seven days week. Our answering service receives all after-hours calls.
