Filming in Grimsby
The Town of Grimsby is home to distinct character and heritage, wedged between Lake Ontario and the Niagara Escarpment. The charm and diverse landscapes offer impressive filming locations for productions both large and small. Whether in our downtown core, historical neighbourhoods or along our Lake Ontario waterfront, Grimsby is the perfect location for filming.
Filming in Grimsby
All productions that take place on Town Premises, Town Lands, or a Town Road, or that takes place on private property and has a Public Impact must complete the Town of Grimsby's Film Permit Application.
Applications must be submitted at least six weeks before the proposed production start date. As some productions require additional processing time, early submission is strongly encouraged.
The application form will ensure that all applicable parties are aware of your project and there are no conflicts with upcoming municipal projects.
