Information for 2026 Municipal Election

Please see the below information regarding the 2026 Municipal Election:

Voter Information Letters have been mailed out. Please contact 905-945-9634 ext. 2003 if you do not receive your letter by Thursday, October 1.

Online Voting - Monday, October 5 at 12 p.m. for all voters who received a Voter Information Letter and will be available here.

Advance Polls - Wednesday, October 14 from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. and Saturday, October 17 from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. at the Major Refrigeration Peach King Centre.

Election Day - Election day is Monday, October 26 from 10 am. - 8 p.m., please visit your designated poll location based on the ward your property is located in.

Terms & Payment

  • Term: January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2027
  • Pro-rated pricing available for mid-term bookings
  • Full payment due by January 31 each year

Artwork Requirements

To ensure clarity, accessibility, and quality across all advertisements:

  • High-resolution (300 DPI minimum)
  • Print-ready PDF format
  • CMYK colour format
  • Minimum 20pt font size (AODA compliant)
  • No dark or black backgrounds
  • Final artwork subject to approval
