Seniors Information and Active Living Fair 

On Friday, March 8th from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm at Mountainview Christian Reformed Church there will be a Seniors Information and Active Living Fair. This is a free drop-in event to seniors over 50 years of age with over 30 vendors, health clinics, program seminars, healthy snacks and door prizes.

Age-Friendly Conference - Aging with Passion and Purpose

On Friday, March 8th from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm at Mountainview Christian Reformed Church join us for a full-day conference on healthy aging. Dr. Patricia Hewston and research associate Sophia Matarazzo from the Geras Centre for Aging will kick off the event with a keynote address Blue Zone Secrets for a Longer, Healthier Life. The conference will feature three programming sessions to choose from including a drum circle, medication safety, fraud prevention, healthy aging with art, living with loss, heart healthy eating, tai chi and financial literacy. Attendees will also have an opportunity to visit the vendor fair and information session. Ticket admission will also include lunch from 270 Bench Kitchen and are available for purchase on Eventbrite under the Town of Grimsby or visit the link below.
