Planning and Development Services Annual Report

The Planning and Development Services Annual Report is a new addition to the Town’s data collection efforts and further strengthens its commitment to public engagement. This new report enhances transparency by providing insights into the Town’s development activities, building permits, major plan(s) review, and future planning initiatives.

The purpose of the Planning and Building Annual Report is to provide information on the activities, performance, and achievements of the Town’s Planning and Building Department over the past year. The report provides insight into the range and number of activities of the department in the management of development, land use, zoning, building permits, and other related aspects of urban growth and planning. By offering an overview of the Town’s growth and development strategies, it aims to support public awareness and participation, allowing residents to stay informed and engaged in the planning process.
