Volunteer Firefighter Recruitment 2025 Now Open!

The Grimsby Fire Department is now accepting applications for Volunteer Firefighters. Application packages can be picked up at Town Hall, 160 Livingston Ave., Grimsby from May 16, 2025 to June 13, 2025, during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 08:30 hrs– 16:30 hrs).

All applicants are required to attend one of the two mandatory orientation sessions at the Grimsby Regional Training Centre, 167 Mountain Rd., Grimsby:

• Thursday, June 19, 2025 at 19:00 hrs
• Saturday, June 21, 2025 at 09:00 hrs

Registration for the orientation session will take place at the time you submit your application package at Town Hall. We strongly encourage significant others to attend the orientation session alongside applicants.
