Committees and Council

Town Council has implemented a Standing Committee model of governance that began on May 1, 2023.

The Standing Committees are comprised of five (5) divisions: Corporate Services, Finance, Community Services, Public Works, and Planning and Development. A Budget Committee of the Whole comprised of all members of Council has been created to oversee and consider the annual budget and make recommendations on matters relating to the financial management of the municipality. Regular Council meetings take place on the first and third Monday of the month beginning at 6:30 p.m.
