Update on Water Bill Notices for Area C Residents

Town Staff have completed the water bill deliveries for Area C (this includes areas East of Kerman Avenue to Robinson Street and covers properties between the Lake and the Escarpment). If you have not yet received a bill, please contact the Town of Grimsby by phone (905) 945-9634 or email (water@grimsby.ca) to obtain an update on your account. 

During the Canada Post service disruption, it is important you stay informed of your account balance and make your bill payments on time to prevent late payment charges. Due to the service disruption, making payments by mail is not currently viable and will result in late payment charges if payment is not received by the due date. Area C water bills are due Thursday, December 12, 2024.
