Tree Giveaway – Pick-Up Information
The Town is pleased to host a tree giveaway as part of Community Safety Day on Saturday, May 9 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Southward Park (84 Mud St W).
Availability Update
- All large stock trees (2–3 gallon) have been fully allocated through pre-registration. Residents who registered in advance may pick up their tree during the event.
- A limited quantity of smaller stock trees (2x5” plugs and 1 gallon) will be available on a first come, first served basis while supplies last.
Pick-Up Details
Larger Stock Trees (2–3 gallon) – Pre-Registered Residents Only
- Vehicle access and parking are available only for residents who have pre-registered for a large tree
- Please bring a copy of your confirmation (printed or digital)
- Follow all directional signage and use designated parking areas
- Ensure your vehicle has adequate space; trees may be up to 5 feet tall and weigh up to 20 lbs
Smaller Stock Trees (2x5” plugs or 1 gallon)
- Walk-up access only; vehicle access is not permitted for small tree pick-up
- Trees may be up to 3 feet tall and weigh up to 10 lbs
- Quantities are limited and available on a first come, first served basis
- Residents are encouraged to bring a wagon or assistance to help transport their tree
