Temporary Road Closure – Main Street West (Regional Road 81)

Motorists and the general public are advised that Regional Road 81 (Main Street West), between Woolverton Road and Kerman Avenue, will be temporarily closed to through traffic beginning Monday, March 30, 2026, through Friday, April 10, 2026, weather permitting.

The closure is required to accommodate site servicing work at 292 Regional Road 81 (Main Street West).

Detour Route

Motorists are advised to follow the posted detour:

1. Regional Road 10 (Casablanca Boulevard)
2. Regional Road 512 (Livingston Avenue)
3. Regional Road 12 (Mountain Street)

The detour may be followed in reverse: Mountain Street to Livingston Avenue to Casablanca Boulevard.

Traffic & Pedestrian Impacts

• Through traffic will not be permitted in the closure area.
• Pedestrians are also encouraged to avoid Main Street West between Linden Lane/Kerman Avenue and Roberts Road during this time.
• Access will be not permitted at the closure point at 292 Main Street West. Residents and businesses in the area will need to follow alternate routes to reach their destination.
• Emergency services will not have access through the closure point.
