Road Rehabilitation – Culvert Replacement and Road Resurfacing on Park Road South

Park Road South will be undergoing a makeover this next month. The Town of Grimsby has retained Walker Construction Limited to complete infrastructure improvements along Park Road South, including culvert replacement, ditching and road resurfacing. Work will begin September 22 and is expected to last until October 30.

The construction will take place between Main Street East and Mud Street East and may include 231-236 Ridge Road East and 364 Woolverton Road. This work will help to deal with poor asphalt conditions, mitigate erosion and deterioration of culverts, extend culverts and address maintenance and safety concerns.

During this time, we ask residents to plan trips around this area accordingly and to expect possible delays. We’ll be sure to keep residents posted on any updates as they happen.
