Hospital Renaming Survey

We want to hear from you!

As part of our community engagement efforts, the Town is seeking feedback from residents to determine who is in favour of changing the current name of West Lincoln Memorial Hospital to West Niagara Memorial Hospital.

The survey is open until 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, May 8.
