Grimsby’s HR Team is one of Canada’s best

Canadian HR Reporter’s Leading HR Teams report, recognizes organizations that are breaking boundaries to move the HR profession forward, and the Town of Grimsby has been awarded the prestigious title of the Best HR Teams for Innovation in Canada. 

The Town of Grimsby has been recognized for its agile, bold and forward-thinking people strategies, led by a progressive HR Team. This accolade takes national stage, awarded by HR Reporter, a prominent publication that recognizes outstanding HR achievements in all sectors, from public and private, across Canada.

From launching a comprehensive People Strategy to driving programs that support growth, engagement, and service excellence, this award reflects the passion and dedication of the employees at the Town of Grimsby.

This national recognition highlights the Town’s commitment to innovation, employee experience, and building a high-performing and inclusive workplace. It recognizes HR teams that lead change, drive innovation, and demonstrate excellence in human resources.
