Canada Day Celebrations Relocated to Coronation Park

The Town of Grimsby's Canada Day celebrations will take place at Coronation Park this year, rather than the Grimsby Museum grounds, due to ongoing construction activities at the Museum site.

The celebration will take place on July 1 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and will feature a full day of free, family-friendly activities and entertainment. Attendees can enjoy bounce houses, face painting, live entertainment, music, food vendors, and a variety of activities for all ages as the community comes together to celebrate Canada's birthday.

While the location has changed, residents and visitors can still look forward to the same festive atmosphere and community spirit that have made Grimsby's Canada Day celebrations a cherished annual tradition. Coronation Park offers an ideal setting to accommodate the festivities while ensuring the safety, accessibility, and enjoyment of all attendees.

All scheduled Canada Day programming will proceed as planned, with event details, schedules, and updates available through the Town's website and social media channels.

The Town thanks the community for its flexibility and support during this period of improvement and looks forward to welcoming everyone to Coronation Park on July 1 for a memorable day of celebration.
