Applications Now Open for Volunteer Firefighters

The Town of Grimsby is now accepting applications for its 2026 Volunteer Firefighter Recruitment Campaign.

Grimsby Fire is recruiting Volunteer Firefighters to join its team and help provide important fire and emergency services to the Grimsby community. Applications will be accepted from September 16 to October 19, 2026.

How to Apply

• Interested candidates can pick up and submit an application package at Grimsby Town Hall, 160 Livingston Avenue, or complete the application online and submit it by email to hr@grimsby.ca.
• Applicants are encouraged to carefully review the recruitment information and requirements before submitting their application.

Mandatory Orientation Sessions

Applicants will be required to attend a mandatory orientation session on one of the following dates:

• Thursday, October 22, 2026
• Saturday, October 24, 2026
