Request an interlibrary loan

If the Grimsby Public Library does not have an item you need, you can try ordering it from another Ontario library through interlibrary loan, free of charge. To request a title through interlibrary loan, you can call, email or submit your request online using the interlibrary loan form.

Interlibrary loan guidelines

Please be aware of the interlibrary loan guidelines below:

  • Requests require a Grimsby Public Library card
  • Books published within the last year are generally not available
  • Interlibrary loans are usually renewable for a maximum of seven days
  • Audiobooks are available
