2022 Interim Tax Billing – Second Installment Due May 6, 2022

The Town of Grimsby has mailed the second 2022 Interim Tax Bills to all tax payers who are included on the Assessment Roll. The Assessment Roll is a public document that can be viewed at Town Hall during regular business hours.

If you have not received your tax bill, please contact the tax office at 905-945-9634.  Failure to receive a bill does not excuse the payment of taxes.

Proposed Tax Payment Grace Period Supported by Committee of the Whole

On April 4th, 2022, Grimsby’s Committee of the Whole passed a resolution to amend the Town’s Tax Collection By-law 22-16.

If ratified by Council on April 18th, 2022, the amendment would introduce a grace period of three (3) business days after each tax payment due date before penalties and interest are applied.
