Public Meeting - May 9 @ 7:00 pm, Town Hall

The Town of Grimsby has received revisions to zoning by-law amendment and draft plan of vacant land condominium applications for lands known municipally as 211, 229, and 267 Central Avenue.

The purpose of the applications is to create 93 townhouse condominium units on the subject lands, 84 of which would have frontage on a private condominium roads, and 6 of which would have frontage onto a cul-de-sac extension of Marlow Avenue.
